    Do you prefer to send it by post?

    No problem. We will prepare the documents for you as well. You will receive them by email, then print them out, sign them in the usual way and send them back to us with the original signatures. We will then ensure that they are submitted on time.

     

    Scope of our service

    Your service package for a secure mutation includes:

    2. Notary & certification: We take care of all necessary notarial procedures (if required).

    3. Careful review: We review the data you submit and the documents created to ensure they are complete and formally correct.

    5. Publications: We initiate and monitor any necessary publications on your behalf (e.g. debt notices).

     

    Not included in the service package:

    Official commercial register fees and any costs for external certification of signatures in the postal process.
