• Service overview – We change your entry in the trade register

    Would you like to update your company's trade register details? We will be happy to assist you. You can make these changes digitally at any time. You will automatically receive the prepared documents digitally and can sign them directly on your smartphone and submit them to the relevant trade register office. It is not necessary to appear in person before a notary or the authorities.

    Would you prefer not to use your smartphone? We can of course assist you in this regard as well. You can access our modification form at any time by clicking on the button below. You will receive the prepared documents by email for signing within one working day.

    You prefer the traditional version?

    We will of course be happy to assist you in updating the information in the trade register using the traditional method. You will receive the documents by email, which must then be signed and returned to us by post. No smartphone is required for this process.

    Analogue process

    Documents

    We will send you the documents by e-mail for review and signature. From our side, this step takes a maximum of two working days.

    Return

    Please check the documents carefully and return all documents to us signed and in their original form. Please do not forget any identity cards or passports.

    Publication

    The documents are checked, notarised (if necessary) and submitted to the commercial register office. The publication of the changes in the commercial register should take place after about two weeks.
