Mit Gesuch vom 24. Juni 2019 stellte das Handelsregisteramt das Begehren, aufgrund von Mängeln in der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Organisation der Gesuchsgegnerin seien die erforderlichen Massnahmen im Sinne von Art. 731b OR zu ergreifen. Zur Begründung wurde ausgeführt, es bestehe ein Mangel in der Organisation der Gesuchsgegnerin, da sie über keinen Vertreter mit Wohnsitz in der Schweiz verfüge. 2. [?] 3. Die Verfügung vom 27. Juni 2019, mit welcher der Eingang des Gesuchs bestätigt wurde, konnte der Gesuchsgegnerin an der im Register eingetragenen Domiziladresse nicht zugestellt werden. Die Zustellung ist daher auf dem Weg der öffentlichen Bekanntmachung im Schweizerischen Handelsamtsblatt (SHAB) vorzunehmen (Art. 141 ZPO). 4. [?] 5. Das Gesuch erscheint nicht offensichtlich unzulässig oder offensichtlich unbegrün¬det. Dem Gericht erscheint die Durchführung eines schriftlichen Behauptungs¬verfahrens angezeigt. Der Gesuchsgegnerin ist daher Frist zur Erstattung einer schriftlichen Antwort anzusetzen (Art. 253 ZPO). Der Vizepräsident verfügt: 1. Der Eingang des Gesuchs vom 24. Juni 2019 betreffend Mängel in der Organisation der Gesellschaft wird den Parteien bestätigt. 2.
