Zu diesem Zweck kann die Stiftung a) mit verwandten Institutionen zur Förderung der Gesundheit von Kindern und Jugendlichen im Einzugsgebiet des Spitals zusammenarbeiten; b) Kooperationen mit weiteren Institutionen eingehen; c) zur Sicherstellung der ambulanten pädiatrischen Grundversorgung Kooperationen mit niedergelassenen Ärztinnen/Ärzten eingehen oder selbst Angebote zur ambulanten pädiatrischen Grundversorgung betreiben.
