Die Stiftung kann ihr Hilfsangebot auch auf die Nachsorge für die Zeit nach dem Verlassen der Wohngemeinschaft und auf eine ambulante Beratung ausdehnen. Das Angebot der Stiftung richtet sich an einen offenen Bestimmungskreis. Die Stiftung hat ausschliesslich gemeinnützigen Charakter. Die Stiftung kann alle Geschäfte eingehen, Verträge abschliessen, die geeignet sind, den Zweck der Stiftung zu fördern, oder die direkt oder indirekt mit ihm in Zusammenhang stehen, insbesondere kann sie Grundstücke erwerben, veräussern, bebauen, belasten, mieten und vermieten.
