Der Stiftungszweck wird erreicht durch: Gewährung von Darlehen und Zusammenführung von internationalen Geschäftsleuten, die in diese Projekte investieren; Ausbildung und Coaching in Business Management und ethischen Geschäftsprinzipien; Gründung von BPN Unternehmervereinigungen in den jeweiligen Ländern; kann in diesem Rahmen, ohne Gewinnabsicht, Grundstücke erwerben, verwalten und veräussern sowie Spendengelder, Legate und Darlehen entgegennehmen. Für den Kauf von Grundstücken dürfen Hypotheken aufgenommen werden. Zur Kostendeckung können nicht benötigte Räumlichkeiten vermietet werden. Zur Erreichung des Zweckes kann die Stiftung Zuwendungen machen, Darlehen zinslos oder zu Vorzugszinsen gewähren oder eigene Projekte finanzieren.
