Gleichzeitig fördert die Stiftung die berufliche Weiterbildung des einheimischen Pflegepersonals und schafft zusätzlich dringend notwendige Arbeitsplätze in Bali (Indonesien). Die Stiftung kann sich an Organisationen mit ähnlicher Zielsetzung beteiligen.
