Der Verein kann alles vorkehren, was seinem Zwecke dient. Er wahrt insbesondere die Interessen der Mitglieder gegenüber den Behörden und der Öffentlichkeit und kann politische Massnahmen oder Rechtsmittel ergreifen. Der Verein ist politisch neutral und konfessionell unabhängig. Es werden keine wirtschaftlichen Zwecke und damit keine Erwerbs- oder Selbsthilfezwecke verfolgt.
