Die Gesellschaft übernimmt gemäss Vermögensübertragungsvertrag vom 25.06.2015 vom Einzelunternehmen 'Physiotherapie BZ, Kröpfli (CHE-284.534.395), in Düdingen, die Aktiven und Passiven gemäss Bilanz per 31.12.2014, wonach die Aktiven CHF 452'600.35 und die Passiven (Fremdkapital) CHF 122'461.15 betragen. Der Aktivenüberschuss von CHF 330'139.20 wird als Forderung gutgeschrieben.
