Zweck:
Die Stiftung bezweckt die Unterstützung der Familie meiner verstorbenen Frau Dobrila Atanackovic-Ivanovic (Familie Ivanovic), meine eigene Familie Jovan Atanackovic und die Familie des Zoran Tomasovic in besonderen Bedarfs- bzw. Bedürfnissituationen wie Erziehung, Ausstattung, Unterstützung bei wirtschaftlicher Notlagen usw. Die begünstigten Familien sollen das architektonische Werk von Dobrila und Jovan Atanackovic in Ehren halten und das Haus an der Schützenhausstrasse 28 in 8707 Uetikon am See im Besitz der Stiftung erhalten. Der Stiftungsrat kann über die Stiftungsorganisation und die Durchführung des Stiftungszwecks ein oder mehrere Reglemente erlassen. Solange kein Reglement besteht, entscheidet der Stiftungsrat nach pflichtgemässem Ermessen über die Zusprechung von Stiftungsleistungen im Rahmen des Stiftungszwecks. Die Stiftung ist eine Familienstiftung, die nicht der staatlichen Aufsicht unterstellt ist und keine Revisionsstelle bezeichnen muss.
