La fondation a pour buts: 1. de soutenir des activités culturelles, éducatives, environnementales et scientifiques qui favorisent la collaboration intergénérationnelle avec les objectifs suivants: i. Impliquer la jeunesse en créant des opportunités équitables pour la constitution de communautés, la direction (le leadership) de systèmes et des activités d'entrepreneuriat social. iii. Soutenir des activités artistiques, culturelles et sportives qui encouragent la biodiversité, la santé planétaire et le développement durable. 2. A cet effet, la fondation agit comme plateforme novatrice qui gère du contenu, qui initie des communautés d'intérêts et qui connecte des cercles de convergences d'intérêts dans tous les cantons suisses comme à travers le monde entier, pour promouvoir la collaboration intergénérationnelle et le partenariat public-privé au niveau international. La fondation agit dans le cadre des trois objectifs mentionnés dans son but ci-dessus et s'inspire d'initiatives entrepreneuriales, philanthropiques et scientifiques poursuivant des buts similaires. 3. La fondation ne poursuit aucun but lucratif et ne recherche aucun profit. Elle est financée notamment par des donations, des legs et des contributions. Les fondateurs se réservent expressément la possibilité de faire modifier le but par l'autorité de surveillance, en application de l'article 86a CC.
