Er verfolgt keine wirtschaftlichen Ziele und ist politisch neutral. Mittel: Diverse Einnahmen, freiwillige Beiträge von Mitgliedern und anderer natürlicher und juristischer Personen, welche den Vereinszweck fördern möchten, Geschenke und Legate.
