Für die Verbindlichkeiten haftet einzig das Vereinsvermögen. Die persönliche Haftung der Mitglieder ist ausgeschlossen. Die Organe des Vereins sind die Generalversammlung, der Vorstand, bestehend aus 4 Mitgliedern, und die Rechnungsprüfer.
