Elle ne poursuit aucun but servant directement son propre intérêt économique; 2.5 Les fonds de l'EMBO ne peuvent être utilisés que pour ses buts statutaires. Les membres et les membres associés de l'EMBO ne reçoivent aucun bénéfice des fonds de l'association; 2.6 Personne ne doit bénéficier des dépenses étrangères au but de l'EMBO ou de rémunérations disproportionnées; 2.7 L'EMBO peut accepter des fonds de tiers pour les utiliser aux fins énoncées à l'article S 2.
