Pour ce faire, Le CAA pourra mettre en oeuvre tout programme d'atténuation, d'adaptation et de résilience concourant aux buts de l'association, ainsi que les activités suivantes: conseil, assistance technique, études et recherche, formation, animation de communauté et plaidoyer.
