Zweck der Stiftung ist die Führung einer Stätte für die entwicklungspsychiatrische Behandlung von Jugendlichen und junger Erwachsenen mit schweren psychiatrischen und psychosozialen Entwicklungsproblemen. Die Behandlungsstätte orientiert sich an der differentiellen klinischen Diagnostik adoleszentärer Dissozialisation DIAD. Sie arbeitet fachübergreifend und wird durch wissenschaftliche Forschung begleitet. Die Stiftung kann weitere Behandlungsstätten initiieren, betreiben oder unterstützen. Ueberdies kann sie die entwicklungspsychiatrische Behandlung von Adoleszentenstörungen und die Forschung in diesem Gebiet auf andere Weise fördern.
