Absicht der Stifterin ist es, den Betrieb und die Zukunft der Ausbildungsstätte Nas Mode in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, grundsätzlich mit dem Ertrag und in dringenden Ausnahmefällen mit dem Vermögen des Stiftungskapitals zu unterstützen und in Ergänzung zu anderen Finanzierungsquellen zu sichern. Die Stiftung bezweckt insbesondere den Betrieb und langfristigen Erhalt der Ausbildungsstätte Nas Mode in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, um jungen Menschen eine berufliche, wirtschaftliche und persönliche Lebensperspektive zu ermöglichen. Im Interesse einer positiven Entwicklung wird bei der Ausbildung Wert auf eine gesamtheitliche Lebensschulung inkl. sozialen Aspekten wie Familienplanung, Gesundheitsfragen u. ä. gelegt. Zu diesem Zweck übernimmt die Stiftung auf Antrag des Fördervereins Nas Mode, Schaffhausen, insbesondere Kosten für Infrastrukturvorhaben, deren Unterhalt sowie Ausbildungsbeiträge für die Absolventinnen und Absolventen von Ausbildungslehrgängen in der Ausbildungsstätte Nas Mode in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.
