Die Stiftung bezweckt: in Zusammenarbeit mit der Gemeinde Cauco den Zustand der in den Jahren 1993-95 auf ihre Initiative hin restaurierte Kapelle San Antonio in Lasciallo zu überwachen;
die Gemeinde bei fälligen Unterhalts- bzw. Restaurierungsarbeiten zu beraten und zu unterstützen;
in Zusammenarbeit mit Gemeinde und Pfarrei die Benützung der Kapelle zu fördern und zu regeln. Mit Verfügung der Aufsichtsbehörde vom 25.08.2009 wurde die Stiftung von der Pflicht zur Bezeichnung einer Revisionsstelle befreit.
