Der Kreis der Begünstigten ist die Allgemeinheit im weitesten Sinn, unabhängig von religiösen, ideologischen, politischen und nationalen Kriterien. Die Stiftung verfolgt keine kommerziellen Zwecke und erstrebt keinen Gewinn.
