Die Stiftung bezweckt, aus den Erträgnissen des Stiftungsvermögens Beiträge an alle gegenwärtigen und ehemaligen Absolventen der vormaligen Pflegerinnen- und Laborantinnen-Schule Engeried, der städtischen Krankenpflegeschule Engeried Bern, der vereinigten Laborschule Engeried/Feusi, der Laborschule des Inselspitals sowie der Stiftung für medizinische Bildung MTT, Fachrichtung Labor und der AG Berner Bildungszentrum Pflege für folgende Belange auszurichten: in erster Linie an Kur- und Erholungsaufenthalte; in zweiter Linie (subsidiär) Ferienbeiträge; in dritter Linie Förderungsbeiträge für Aus- und Weiterbildung. In Ausnahmefälle kann für ausserordentliche Beiträge im Rahmen des Stiftungszweckes das Stiftungskapital angegriffen werden, solange dadurch der Fortbestand der Stiftung nicht gefährdet wird.
