Sie hilft mit, konkrete Massnahmen zur Beseitigung von Mängeln oder zur Verbesserung der Situation in die Wege zu leiten, und bietet Unterstützung für deren Realisierung. Zur Erarbeitung spezifischer Massnahmen werden der Austausch und die Zusammenarbeit mit Institutionen, welche ähnliche Ziele verfolgen, angestrebt und gefördert. Erkenntnisse und Resultate, die sich daraus ergeben, werden bewusst mit anderen Interessierten geteilt. Im Rahmen ihrer Zweckbestimmung kann die Stiftung Immobilien erwerben.
