Die Stiftung kann die Chasa Chalavaina zum Betrieb eines Hotels oder zu einem anderen Verwendungszweck vermieten oder verpachten. Sie kann zur Finanzierung ihrer Vorhaben Darlehen aufnehmen und das Chasa Chalavaina Grundstück belasten. Die Stiftung kann im Zusammenhang mit der Chasa Chalavaina Tochtergesellschaften errichten, Beteiligungen erwerben, halten, belasten und veräussern und Unternehmen, an denen sie beteiligt ist, direkt oder indirekt finanzieren. Die Stiftung verfolgt keine kommerziellen Zwecke und erstrebt keinen Gewinn. Soweit es die Mittel der Stiftung zulassen, kann auch die Stiftung Pro Kloster St. Johann in Müstair gefördert werden.
