Zur Verfolgung des Stiftungszwecks arbeitet die Stiftung mit Trägerschaften bestehender Sammlungen zusammen. Dieses Sammelgut soll der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich gemacht werden. Die Stiftung dient der Erhaltung und der Erweiterung des kulturellen Angebotes der Region um Bad Ragaz. Sie soll Veröffentlichungen von und über Bad Ragaz fördern. Die Stiftung verfolgt weder Erwerbs- noch Selbsthilfezwecke.
