La fondation atteint son but par les moyens que son Conseil juge appropriés, notamment par la création et le soutien de pôles d'excellence en matière de recherche, par le soutien à toute activité en rapport avec l'avancement technologique dans le domaine de l'interface entre le cerveau et l'ordinateur, du couplage entre systèmes de réalité virtuelle et réalité augmentée et d'outils neuroscientifiques performants ainsi que par tous autres moyens approuvés par le Conseil de fondation (pour but complet cf. acte de fondation).
