Bei der Gewährung der Stipendien ist darauf zu achten, dass eine Zersplitterung der Mittel vermieden wird. Sind mehrere, im obigen Sinne geeigneten Bewerber vorhanden, so haben solothurnische KantonsbürgerInnen den Vorrang. Die Stiftung wurde mit Verfügung der Aufsichtsbehörde vom 04.08.2009 von der Pflicht befreit, eine Revisionsstelle zu bezeichnen.
