Die Stiftung kann Kliniken betreiben, Fachleute ausbilden, Patienten umfassend behandeln und auch (psycho-)sozial betreuen, in Lehre und Forschung auf dem Gebiet der Homöopathie tätig sein, sowie sämtliche weitere Massnahmen ergreifen, die dem Zweck der Stiftung dienlich sind. Die Stiftung kann zwecks Finanzierung ihres Stiftungszweckes Events und Anlässe in der Schweiz oder im Ausland organisieren und durchführen. Zur Erreichung ihres Zweckes kann sie Liegenschaften erwerben, mieten oder verkaufen, ein kaufmännisches Gewerbe betreiben und sich an ähnlich gelagerten Organisationen beteiligen.
