- Gestützt auf Art. 5 Abs. 1 Bst. c AVG wird Ihnen hiermit die Betriebsbewilligung zur grenzüberschreitenden Arbeitsvermittlung vom 13. Juni 2012 entzogen.
- Das Original der Verfügung ist mit der Urkunde an uns zu retournieren.
- Ab heutigem Datum ist es Ihnen untersagt, weitere Vermittlungshandlungen auszuüben. Gemäss Art. 39 Abs. 1 Bst. a AVG kann mit Busse bis zu CHF 100'000.- bestraft werden, wer vorsätzlich und ohne die erforderliche Bewilligung Vermittlungen tätigt oder Personal verleiht.
- Ein allfälliger Rekurs hat keine aufschiebende Wirkung. Begründung: Es wird auf die kantonale Verfügung vom 13. Januar 2017 verwiesen. Rechtsmittelbelehrung: Gegen diese Verfügung kann innert 30 Tagen nach dieser Publikation beim Bundesverwaltungsgericht, Postfach, 9000 St. Gallen, Beschwerde erhoben werden. Die Beschwerdeschrift ist im Doppel einzureichen. Sie hat die Begehren, deren Begründung mit Angabe der Beweismittel und die Unterschrift des Beschwerdeführers oder seines Vertreters zu enthalten; die Ausfertigung der angefochtenen Verfügung und die als Beweismittel angerufenen Urkunden sind beizulegen, soweit der Beschwerdeführer sie in Händen hat.
