Im weiteren bezweckt die Stiftung, a) von der Tipp24 AG (Hamburg) eine die Stimmenmehrheit vermittelnde Beteiligung (in Form von Vorzugsaktien mit Anspruch auf eine limitierte Vorzugsdividende) an der MyLotto24 Limited (London) zu erwerben, und diese Beteiligung (vorbehältlich des von der Tipp24 AG ausbedungenen Rückkaufsrechts) zu halten, sowie b) von der Tipp24 AG (Hamburg) eine die Stimmenmehrheit vermittelnde Beteiligung (in Form von Vorzugsaktien mit Anspruch auf eine limitierte Vorzugsdividende) an der Tipp24 Services Limited (London) zu erwerben, und diese Beteiligung (vorbehältlich des von der Tipp24 AG ausbedungenen Rückkaufsrechts) zu halten. Vorbehältlich von Absatz 2 verfolgt die Stiftung weder Erwerbs- noch Selbsthilfezwecke. Sie ist dazu berechtigt, im Rahmen ihres Zweckes weitere Stiftungen im In- und Ausland zu errichten und mit in- und ausländischen Stiftungen mit ähnlichen Zwecken gemeinsame Projekte zu verfolgen.
