La Fondation a pour but de venir en aide à toute personne défavorisée, principalement aux personnes âgées et aux personnes en situation de handicap au bénéfice d'une rente AI ou AVS: en leur fournissant un accueil en long ou court séjour dans un établissement psycho-social médicalisé (EPSM) ou une institution pour personnes âgées approprié; en les logeant dans des appartements adaptés mis à leur disposition; en leur offrant un accueil dans des structures d'accompagnement médico-sociales (centre d'accueil de jour et/ou de nuit, appartements protégés, etc.); en leur procurant les prestations dont ils ont besoin (soins, accompagnement, repas, entretien des locaux et du linge, organisation des activités et soutien psycho-éducatif, etc.). La Fondation réalise ce but par tous les moyens que son Conseil jugera appropriés. Pour remplir sa mission, elle exploite différentes institutions actives dans le domaine de la Personne âgée et de la Psychiatrie adulte répartis sur plusieurs sites. Elle pourra également étendre ses prestations auprès de tiers pour des activités similaires à celles qu'elle exerce, notamment en matière de restauration, de production de repas externes et de services d'administration d'institutions analogues. Dans le cadre de ses buts, la Fondation pourra notamment acquérir tout immeuble et effectuer toute opération immobilière.
