Die Stiftung hat dabei eine Mehrheitsbeteiligung an ihren Tochterorganisationen zu halten, wobei die Vertreter der Stiftung in deren Organen ausschliesslich im Stiftungsinteresse zu handeln und eine mit dem Stiftungszweck konforme Ausrichtung sicherzustellen haben. Gewinn und Kapital sind ausschliesslich dem vorstehenden Zweck gewidmet. Erwerbszwecke sind ausgeschlossen.
