Die earthbeat solutions entwickelt Lösungsvorschläge und generiert Mittel, um sie in Projekte um- und an Kooperationspartner weiterzuleiten, die aktiv an der Lösung der Probleme arbeiten. So möchte die Stiftung ein Umdenken herbeiführen. Es soll eine stetig steigende Nachfrage nach ethisch gewonnenen Ressourcen, insbesondere Gold, entstehen. Zu diesem Zweck entwickelt die Stiftung aktiv Vorträge, Veranstaltungen, Initiativen und Kampagnen. Diese werden auch in Kooperation mit anderen, bestehenden Organisationen erarbeitet und durchgeführt. Die earthbeat solutions unterstützt speziell die Umstellung von Minen in ethisch abbauende Minen, den Aufbau einer funktionierenden Infrastruktur der Communities, die Verbesserung von Arbeitsbedingungen durch Arbeitsschutzmassnahmen und Equipment, die Förderung von Bildungs- und Wohlstandschancen und die Vermittlung von Know-How. Die Stiftung unterstützt dabei bestehende Geschäftsmodelle und investiert in neue Unternehmensmodelle, die dem Stiftungszweck entsprechen.
