La société peut également, moyennant indemnisation, assurer des tâches déléguées par des organismes publics pour autant qu'ils contribuent à atteindre les buts énumérés plus haut. La société doit contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs définis dans les programmes de développement économique pluriannuel adoptés par le Parlement.
