Pour atteindre les buts mentionnés aux alinéas 1 et 2, l'Association met en oeuvre et/ou soutient la création d'un ou plusieurs points de vente de cannabis à des fins non médicales (récréatives). L'Association peut exploiter elle-même ces points de vente, engager ou confier un mandat à cette fin à une personne physique ou morale. Elle surveille l'activité du/des point(s) de vente pour que celle-ci soit conforme aux exigences légales. Elle s'assure que l'activité du point de vente soit conforme aux exigences légales et compatible avec l'évaluation scientifique du projet.
