Im Speziellen unterstützt die Stiftung den Schweizerischen Blinden- und Sehbehindertenverband (SBV), Generalsekretariat Bern, bezüglich Beratung, Rehabilitation, Bildung und Ausbildung sowie Freizeitgestaltung von und für Betroffene. Die Stiftung kann auch andere Personen unterstützen, deren Alltag durch ein Gebrechen irgendwelcher Art so eingeschränkt ist, dass Hilfestellung nötig ist. Die Stiftung hat gemeinnützigen Charakter und verfolgt keinerlei Erwerbszweck. Sie kann Liegenschaften erwerben, halten und veräussern.
