Per far ciò l'Associazione si prefigge di: a) favorire la collaborazione fra Svizzera, paesi transfrontalieri, Unione Europea e Nazioni Unite attraverso politiche attive di mobilità lavorativa rivolte a fasce deboli, disoccupati, inoccupati o persone a rischio di espulsione dal mercato del lavoro; b) progettare e attuare, direttamente o in concorso con strutture specializzate, percorsi di collocamento per fasce deboli, disoccupati, inoccupati o persone a rischio di espulsione dal mercato del lavoro; c) organizzare percorsi mirati e specifici di formazione professionale qualora funzionali alla qualificazione o riqualificazione per il collocamento delle fasce deboli, disoccupati, inoccupati o persone a rischio di espulsione dal mercato del lavoro.
