Zweck:
Der Verein bezweckt:1. Die Förderung und finanzielle Unterstützung von kleinen und mittleren Künstlern und Künstlerinnen (nachfolgend Artists) im Musikbereich aller Genres. 2. Mittel: angemessener Anteil der über die Plattform Tipino eingezahlten Trinkgelder der Fans;
ein festgelegter Anteil der Gelder, welche nicht von Künstlern beansprucht werden;
allfällige Spenden und Zuwendungen sowie Erträge aus Vereinsaktivitäten.
