Viehvermarktungsorganisation Zweisimmen und Umgebung, in Zweisimmen. Unter diesem Namen besteht ein Verein im Sinne von Art. 60ff. ZGB, welcher die Organisation und Beaufsichtigung der Viehmärkte bezweckt. Die Statuten datieren vom 5. August 1994. Die Mittel des Vereins setzen sich zusammen aus dem Vermögen der Zuchtviehmärkte, den Einnahmen der Veranstaltungen und freiwilligen Spenden. Für die Verbindlichkeiten haftet einzig das Vermögen des Vereins. Die persönliche Haftbarkeit der Mitglieder ist ausgeschlossen.
Die Organe des Vereins sind:
die Generalversammlung, der Vorstand und die Rechnungsrevisoren. Der Präsident und der Sekretär führen Kollektivunterschrift. Präsident ist Viktor Reber, von Linden bei Oberdiessbach, in Zweisimmen. Sekretär ist Beat Schletti, von und in Zweisimmen.
