Die Stiftung bezweckt die Bekämpfung der Tuberkulose im Kanton Graubünden in einer eigenen Heilstätte oder, wenn die Umstände es als angezeigt erscheinen lassen, an die Stelle des Eigenbetriebes einer Heilstätte die Förderung der Unterbringung bündnerischer Patienten in andern Volksheilstätten auf Gebiet des Kantons Graubünden. Soweit die jährlichen Erträgnisse nicht für die Bekämpfung der Tuberkulose gebraucht werden, können sie auch zugunsten von Patienten mit anderen Erkrankungen der Atemwege und der Lunge, zur Prävention von Erkrankungen der Atemorgane oder letztlich für die klinische Forschung in Graubünden zugunsten von Patienten, die an Erkrankungen der Atemorgane leiden, eingesetzt werden.
