Zur Erreichung ihres Zweckes kann die Stiftung partnerschaftlich mit Institutionen des öffentlichen und privaten Rechtes zusammenarbeiten. Sofern dies zur nachhaltigen Sicherstellung der Erreichung des Zweckes notwendig ist, kann die Stiftung auch Teile des Stiftungsvermögens veräussern bzw. Immobilien mit Grundpfandschulden belasten. Die Stiftung hat gemeinnützigen Charakter. Die Stiftung enthält sich politischer Tätigkeit.
