Dabei kann er insbesondere Kriterien zur Auswahl der Destinatäre festlegen sowie Fragen zu den Abläufen, zur Delegation der Auswahl, zur Bestätigung der Verwendung der Mittel und andere klären. Die Stiftung hat gemeinnützigen Charakter und verfolgt keinerlei Erwerbszweck.
