Absicht der Stiftung ist es, jungen Menschen mit leichter Behinderung, insbesondere von Asperger-Autismus Betroffene, durch ein umfassendes Ausbildungsprogramm IT-Kompetenzen und IT-Ressourcen zu vermitteln, die sie befähigen, auf dem regulären Arbeitsmarkt eine Anstellung im Bereich der Informations-Technologie zu finden. Die Stiftung bezweckt in Abstimmung mit dem Bildungsplan zur 'Verordnung über die berufliche Grundbildung für Informatik-PraktikerInnen EBA und InformatikerInnen EFZ' die Durchführung von praxisorientierten Lehrgängen, welche für eine erfolgreiche Berufsbildung notwendig sind. Zu diesem Zweck übernimmt die Stiftung die Kosten für die Durchführung der Lehrgänge. Die Stiftung übt Ihre Tätigkeit in der ganzen Schweiz aus.
