Die Stiftung bezweckt einen Beitrag an die Problematik im Zusammenleben von schulpflichtigen Kindern, deren Eltern und Lehrern zu leisten. Zu diesem Zweck beabsichtigt sie, ein Periodikum herauszugeben, das den Erziehren von schulpflichtigen Kindern konkrete Hilfestellung gibt. Ferner sind entsprechende Hilfestellungen mittels Internet, Hotline mit Beraterteam, TV-Sendungen etc. geplant. Die Stiftung ist schweizweit tätig und arbeitet dabei mit anderen Non-Profit-Organisationen zusammen. Die angebotenen Hilfestellungen werden zu Selbstkostenpreisen angeboten, wobei das Ziel ist, möglichst viele 'Serviceleistungen' unentgeltlich zu erbringen, bzw. erbringen zu lassen.
