Für den Aktivenüberschuss von CHF 105'317.78 werden 100 Namenaktien zu CHF 1'000.-- ausgegeben und CHF 5'317.78 als Forderung gutgeschrieben. Die Übertragbarkeit der Namenaktien ist nach Massgabe der Statuten beschränkt.
