Participer financièrement aux coûts de formation des membres apprentis et actifs en difficulté financière, sélectionnés sur la base de dossiers et d'interviews; 3. Soutenir les institutions et clubs définis au chapitre 4; 4. Développer des activités pour ses membres (stamm, Newsletters, visites d'entreprises et d'institutions, conférences, prix réduits sur des compétitions sportives du canton et des événements culturels et des musées); 5. Soutenir ponctuellement ses membres dans le cadre de la recherche d'emploi ou en prévision de la retraite, notamment en matière de: a. Conseil juridique; b. Conseil en matière de planification financière; c. Aide financière exceptionnelle et ponctuelle; d. Mise à disposition temporaire et selon disponibilités, de places de travail dans un espace de co-working; e. Accès à une plateforme d'échanges de documents pédagogiques et administratifs; 6. Conseiller les apprentis dans leur recherche d'emploi en fin d'apprentissage, notamment via l'organisation de rencontres avec de potentiels employeurs; 7. Conseiller les membres actifs ayant terminé leur formation initiale pour une formation ultérieure certifiante (diplôme ou brevet fédéral); 8. Exercer ses droits de fondatrice de Jeuncomm, Fondation de la Société des Jeunes Commerçants (IDE CHE-109.746.261) à Pully.
