Anmeldung in der Hilfestellung bei der Zusammenführung der Familien; finanzielle und geistige Unterstützung für hilfsbedürftige Asylsuchende; Unterstützung der Asylanten bei der Suche nach Arbeit, die ihrer Qualifikation und Bildung entspricht. Mittel: Aufnahmegebühr und Umlagen.
