- Es wird festgestellt, dass der Wohnsitz des Inhabers der Einzelunternehmung EL GHABRA ITSAP mit Sitz in Arth (CHE-159.549.447) neu in Boujad (MA) liegt.
- Da der Wohnsitz des Inhabers einer Einzelunternehmung eine eintragungspflichtige Tatsache ist, wird der Handelsregistereintrag bei der Einzelunternehmung entsprechend der Dispositivziffer 1 von Amtes wegen gemäss Art. 938 OR geändert. Der Eintrag des Wohnorts des Inhabers wird, wie folgt, geändert: «in Boujad (MA)». Zudem erfolgt die Eintragung des Hinweises auf das amtliche Verfahren, wie folgt: «Eintragung von Amtes wegen nach Art. 938 OR».
- Die Eintragungsgebühr richtet sich nach der Verordnung über die Gebühren für das Handelsregister (GebV-HReg) und beträgt CHF 370. Die Gebühr wird der Rechtseinheit bzw. der Person, welche die Verfügung des Handelsregisters veranlasst hat, auferlegt.
- Von der Erhebung einer Ordnungsbusse wird einstweilen abgesehen.
