How to start a PLC with Moneyhouse

Information: You will receive access to our platform after ordering. There you can provide all your relevant information.

Verification: You will then be contancted by phone to verify the information you entered, so errors can be avoided.

Documents: A notary will prepare the required documents and send them to you. You then send back the signed documents. 

Notarisation: The documents are then notarized and forwarded to the commercial register, where the foundation process will be officially completed with the registration.

Requirements for a PLC

Founders: At least one individual or company as a founder. At least one board member must be resident in Switzerland. The registered office must also be in Switzerland.

Starting capital: A starting capital of at least CHF 100'000 is required. CHF 50'000 must be deposited on a blocked account or come as a contribution in kind. A mixture of both variants is possible. 

Commerical register: Comes into being only once the entry has been placed in the commercial register in accordance with OR 613.
