In addition to the official fees for the entry and publication of the changes in the commercial register, additional expenses may be incurred, for example for the certification or apostille of signatures. If additional costs are incurred, we will be happy to inform you in advance.
The official fees of the Commercial Register Office are not included in the costs charged by us, as they are charged directly to the companies by the Commercial Register Office. The amount of these fees depends on the desired change itself. As a rule, they amount to around CHF 50 - 100.00 for simple amendments and CHF 250 - 300.00 for amendments to the articles of association. In the case of extensive changes, the costs may be higher. Detailed information on this can be found on our information pages on the respective forms of amendment.
The notarial costs for the certification are fully included in our price. Should subsequent certifications be necessary, the costs will be examined on an individual basis.

The processing of a change in the commercial register depends on various factors. The type of change requested, the time it takes to obtain all the necessary signatures and the workload of the commercial register office all play a role. As a rule, simple orders without certification can be published in the commercial register within two weeks of the order being submitted. Orders with certification take about three weeks to be completed.

The partners or shareholders are represented for the notarisation by means of a power of attorney and therefore do not have to appear personally before our notary.
The power of attorney includes all acts that are necessary for the execution of the legal transaction listed on it. Any acts not covered by it are not covered by the power of attorney and cannot be performed.
Yes, but the power of attorney is only valid for the execution of the legal transaction listed on it. As soon as this is completed, the power of attorney automatically expires.

You can indicate in the form during the ordering process whether you would like to order a certified extract from the commercial register. We will then order this for you. The costs for this extract are around CHF 50.00 from the Commercial Register Office.
Our system adopts the changes from the commercial register and automatically updates the details of the companies and persons. This takes place one day after the publication of the changes.
Our service includes the preparation of all documents, the administrative processing of the changes with the commercial register as well as all consultations necessary for the implementation of the changes. Should a public certification by a notary be necessary for the implementation of the changes, this is also included in our service. In the registration of a liquidation, the publication of the three debt calls is also included.
Not included are the official fees of the Commercial Register Office for the registration and publication of the changes as well as all other fees charged by a third party, such as the costs for the certification of the signature. Furthermore, within the scope of the opening of a liquidation, the effective execution of the liquidation is also not included. This is carried out by the elected liquidator.
