The company, established in 1984, has since been subject to unauthorized actions, misappropriation, and deception by financial institutions, several organisations, private entities, and individuals, both domestically and internationally, without legitimate mandate or consent. All parties, including but not limited to any kind of banks, governmental bodies, financial institutions, individuals, law firms, fiduciaries, Trustees, and any subcontracted agents or representatives who are in possession of or managing any kind of assets, contracts, accounts, sub-accounts, mirrow accounts, legal mandates, or records related to UNIBALANCE AG, are hereby ordered to immediately cease and desist from any further action involving said assets or representations of the Unibalance AG company. All involved entities or persons in possession of any documentation, contracts, authorizations, account informations, mandates, or any other material related to UNIBALANCE AG must disclose and deliver such documents either physically to the official company address or electronically on readable USB storage devices within one (1) month from the publication of this Global C&D Letter by certified Post to UNIBALANCE AG. Legitimate contractual agreements which may have been executed under good faith but without proper authorization may be eligible for rectification, subject to written reassessment and explicit approval by the President of UNIBALANCE AG. Without such legal healing ratification, all past agreements are herewith suspended, canceled, deemed null and void. Non-compliance with this Order shall result in civil and criminal proceedings under applicable Swiss and international laws. Individuals or entities found withholding assets, refusing disclosure, or continuing unauthorized use of company-related privileges will be held personally and legally accountable. All individuals or legal entities, including law firms, compliance departments, and other intermediaries, who possess knowledge of any relevant data, facts, assets, mandates, or representations connected to UNIBALANCE AG are legally obliged to report such information. Failure to do so may result in legal consequences for aiding and abetting unlawful concealment, misappropriation, or abuse of authority. A potential reward (finder's fee) for voluntary disclosures may be negotiated through a designated international law firm to be designated on behalf of UNIBALANCE AG upon written request. Any such reward shall be considered only upon verified and successful recovery of assets belonging to UNIBALANCE AG and requires full transparency and cooperation in good faith. This Order is effective immediately upon its publication in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce (SHAB) and is binding both nationally and internationally. All legal reservations are asserted. The exclusive right to lift or amend this Order lies solely with the President of UNIBALANCE AG. The signed original of this Global Cease and Desist Letter shall be valid without time limitation until its revocation and is valid and effective backwards and immediate as of today, issued, signed before Swiss Notary and published.
