A liquidation involves a considerable amount of work. We support you by preparing all necessary documents and having them notarized by our notary. We then send the changes to the commercial register and publish the relevant debt calls in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce SOGC. This allows you to concentrate on other activities during this difficult process.
If founders of a company restructure themselves or a company is no longer wanted for other reasons, it makes no sense to keep it alive. The commercial register even requires that a company with no business activity should be deleted within 30 days. We would be pleased to support you in this step.
Based on your information we will prepare the necessary documents. You only have to sign them. Afterwards we will send the documents directly to our notary for notarization and finally we forward them to the relevant cantonal commercial register office.
Once the documents have arrived in the commercial register, it takes about 2 weeks until the liquidation is published. As soon as that happened, it's our turn again.
When everything is ready, we will publish the necessary debt calls. Usually this happens on three consecutive days. As soon as the debt calls are published, your creditors have one year to assert their claims.
